1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in the Surgery Center.
2. Utilize clinical expertise and knowledge to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
3. Monitor patients' health status and response to treatments, and adjust care plans accordingly.
4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
5. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
6. Educate patients and their families on their condition, treatment plan, and post-operative care.
7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
8. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
9. Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
10. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
11. Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are respected.
12. Act as a resource and provide guidance to less experienced staff members.
13. Attend trainings and stay updated on current best practices and standards of care.
14. Demonstrate a strong commitment to the organization's mission of Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ.
15. Maintain professional and ethical standards at all times.
