Active Rn License: An Active Registered Nursing License Is A Basic Requirement For Any Rn-Staff-Per Diem Position At Adventhealth. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Met All The Necessary Education And Training Requirements To Practice Nursing.
Minimum Education Requirement: Adventhealth Typically Requires Candidates For Rn-Staff-Per Diem Positions To Have A Minimum Of A Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree. This Higher Level Of Education Demonstrates A Deeper Understanding Of Nursing Principles And Practices.
Relevant Work Experience: Candidates For Rn-Staff-Per Diem Positions Should Have A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Nursing Experience In A Related Setting, Such As Acute Care, Long-Term Care, Or Home Health Care. This Experience Helps Them To Hit The Ground Running And Provide High-Quality Care To Patients.
Flexibility And Availability: As A Per Diem Position, The Rn-Staff Role Requires Candidates To Have A Flexible Schedule And Be Available To Work On Short Notice. This Allows Adventhealth To Meet Staffing Needs For Unexpected Absences Or Increased Patient Volumes.
