1. Provide exceptional and compassionate care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
2. Utilize advanced nursing skills and knowledge to assess, diagnose, and treat patients.
3. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
