Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Higher: Adventhealth Requires All Rn Applicants To Have At Least A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.
Valid Rn License In The State Of Employment: Candidates Must Possess A Current And Active Registered Nurse License In The State Where They Will Be Employed.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Clinical Experience: Adventhealth Prefers Candidates With At Least 1-2 Years Of Clinical Experience, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.
Bls And Acls Certification: Rns At Adventhealth Must Be Certified In Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls).
Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills: Successful Candidates Must Have Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Think Critically In High-Pressure Situations. They Should Also Possess Strong Organizational And Time-Management Abilities.
