We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Resident Physician 2nd Year to join our full-time Physician Residency Program. As a Resident Physician, you will have the opportunity to continue your medical education and hone your clinical skills under the guidance of experienced physicians. Our program offers a dynamic and supportive learning environment, where you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and gain hands-on experience in a variety of specialties.   1. Provide exceptional healthcare to patients in alignment with AdventHealth's mission and values.
  2. Participate in the full-time Physician Residency Program, including attending lectures, conferences, and workshops.
  3. Continuously develop and improve medical knowledge and clinical skills under the guidance of experienced physicians.
  4. Work collaboratively with a diverse patient population to provide high-quality care.
  5. Rotate through various specialties to gain hands-on experience and exposure to different areas of medicine.
  6. Attend and actively participate in patient rounds, conferences, and other educational activities.
  7. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and staff.
  8. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
  9. Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and quality of care.
  10. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and procedures.
  11. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  12. Serve as a role model and mentor for junior residents and medical students.
  13. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects.
  14. Attend and participate in administrative meetings and committees as required.
  15. Stay current with advancements and developments in the medical field.
  16. Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures.
  17. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  18. Regularly assess and evaluate own performance and seek feedback from supervising physicians.
  19. Adhere to work hour and duty hour restrictions.
  20. Serve as an ambassador for AdventHealth by promoting the organization's mission and values.

Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of An Accredited Medical School Program And Possession Of A Doctor Of Medicine (Md) Or Doctor Of Osteopathic Medicine (Do) Degree.

  • Successful Completion Of The First Year Of Residency Training In An Accredited Program.

  • Eligibility For Medical Licensure In The State Of Employment.

  • Demonstrated Knowledge And Proficiency In Medical Procedures, Patient Care, And Diagnosis.
