- Participate in the clinical care of patients under the supervision of experienced physicians.
- Attend and actively engage in educational lectures, rounds, and conferences to further develop medical knowledge and skills.
- Take responsibility for patient care, including performing physical exams, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and creating treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and compassionate care.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including maintaining patient confidentiality and following safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects.
- Demonstrate professionalism and ethical behavior in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and staff.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide the best possible care for patients.

Medical Degree: A Candidate Must Have Successfully Completed Medical School And Hold A Doctor Of Medicine (Md) Or Doctor Of Osteopathic Medicine (Do) Degree From An Accredited Institution.
Residency Program Completion: The Candidate Must Have Completed A Residency Program In Their Desired Specialty, Such As Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Or Surgery.
Medical License: A Candidate Must Hold A Valid And Unrestricted Medical License From The State In Which They Will Be Practicing. This License Must Be In Good Standing And Without Any Restrictions Or Disciplinary Actions.
Board Certification: Board Certification In The Candidate's Specialty Is Preferred, But Not Always Required. Candidates Must Be On Track To Obtain Board Certification Within A Reasonable Timeframe.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills: As A Resident Physician, The Candidate Will Work Closely With Other Healthcare Professionals, Including Attending Physicians, Nurses, And Support Staff. Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills Are Essential For Providing High-Quality Patient Care.
