Bachelor's Degree In Respiratory Therapy Or Related Field: A Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner At Adventhealth Must Possess A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Respiratory Therapy Or A Related Field. This Demonstrates A Strong Understanding Of Respiratory Care Principles And Techniques.
Active State Licensure As A Registered Respiratory Therapist (Rrt): Candidates Must Hold An Active Rrt Licensure In The State Where Adventhealth Is Located. This Ensures That The Applicant Meets The Necessary Requirements To Practice Respiratory Care In That Specific State.
Certification By The National Board For Respiratory Care (Nbrc): Adventhealth Requires All Registered Respiratory Care Practitioners To Hold A Current And Valid Credential From The Nbrc, Such As The Certified Respiratory Therapist (Crt) Or Registered Respiratory Therapist (Rrt) Certification.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Hospital Setting: Adventhealth Prefers Candidates With At Least 2 Years Of Experience As A Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner In A Hospital Setting.
