1. Provide exceptional care and compassion to neonatal patients and their families.
2. Utilize expertise and passion to deliver high-quality care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
4. Monitor and assess patient's health status and respond promptly to any changes or concerns.
