  1. Provide compassionate and exceptional care to patients in accordance with AdventHealth's standards and values.
  2. Utilize clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  5. Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  6. Educate patients and their families about their healthcare plans and provide emotional support.
  7. Utilize advanced technology and resources to provide the best possible care.
  8. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and care provided.
  9. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
  10. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  11. Act as an advocate for patients' rights and needs.
  12. Participate in continuing education and training to maintain and improve clinical skills and knowledge.
  13. Serve as a role model for professional behavior and promote a positive work environment.
  14. Comply with all organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  15. Uphold the organization's mission, vision, and values in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and the community.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Rn License: The Candidate Must Hold A Valid And Current Rn License In The State Where Adventhealth Is Located.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Requirement For This Position Is A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing, Although Some Positions May Require A Master's Degree.

  • Clinical Experience: Applicants Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Clinical Experience As An Rn, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.

  • Bls And Acls Certification: Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certifications Are Required For This Position To Ensure The Candidate Is Trained In Emergency Procedures.

  • Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills: As An Rn At Adventhealth, The Candidate Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals. Strong Critical Thinking Skills Are Also Necessary To Make Quick And Accurate Decisions In A Fast-Paced Environment.
