
Registered Nurse, House Supervisor

- Oversee daily operations of nursing units: The House Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day functioning of the nursing units, including staffing, patient flow, and resource allocation.
- Ensure high-quality patient care: The House Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all patients receive the highest level of care by monitoring and evaluating the quality of care provided by nursing staff.
- Supervise nursing staff: The House Supervisor will supervise and support the nursing staff, including providing guidance and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals: The House Supervisor will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and other department leaders, to promote a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
- Continuously improve processes: The House Supervisor will actively seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Participate in performance evaluations: The House Supervisor will participate in performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff to promote professional development and growth.

Valid Rn License: A Registered Nurse, House Supervisor At Adventhealth Must Have A Valid And Active Rn License In The State Where They Will Be Working. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Completed The Necessary Education And Training To Provide Safe And Effective Patient Care.
Previous Nursing Experience: To Be Considered For This Role, Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Registered Nurse In A Clinical Setting. This Experience Provides The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Oversee And Manage The Nursing Staff On A Unit.
Leadership Skills: As A House Supervisor, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Supervising And Directing The Nursing Staff On Their Assigned Unit. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills Are Essential To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Nurses.
Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Role Of A House Supervisor Involves Making Quick And Sound Decisions In High-Stress Situations. A Strong Ability To Think Critically And Problem-Solve Is Crucial To Ensure The Safety And Well-Being Of Patients And Staff.
Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent Communication Skills Are Necessary For A House Supervisor To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
