  1. Provide exceptional patient care: Ensure that all patients receive high-quality care and support during their time in the Cath Lab.
  2. Assist with life-saving procedures: Utilize your knowledge and expertise to assist with critical procedures and provide support to the medical team.
  3. Demonstrate compassion: Show empathy and compassion to patients and their families during their time of need.
  4. Utilize strong nursing skills: Utilize your nursing skills and knowledge to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  5. Maintain accurate records: Document all patient information accurately and in a timely manner to ensure proper communication and continuity of care.
  6. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
  7. Adhere to safety protocols: Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures to ensure the safety and well-being of patients and staff.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry standards: Stay informed on the latest advancements and best practices in nursing to provide the best possible care to patients.
  9. Maintain confidentiality: Respect and maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
  10. Support the mission of AdventHealth: Embody the mission of AdventHealth to extend the healing ministry of Christ and make a positive impact on the lives of patients.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Rn Licensure: A Registered Nurse Working In The Cath Lab Unit At Adventhealth Must Possess A Valid And Current Rn License In The State Where They Are Working.

  • Bls And Acls Certification: As A Cath Lab Rn At Adventhealth, A Candidate Must Possess Both Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certifications. These Certifications Must Be Maintained Throughout Their Employment.

  • Critical Care Experience: Candidates For This Position Must Have At Least One Year Of Experience Working In A Critical Care Setting, Such As An Intensive Care Unit (Icu) Or Emergency Department (Ed).

  • Knowledge Of Cardiac Procedures: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Will Have Prior Experience And Knowledge Of Cardiac Procedures, Such As Cardiac Catheterization, Angioplasty, And Electrophysiology Studies.

  • Communication And Teamwork Skills: Registered Nurses Working In The Cath Lab Unit At Adventhealth Must Have Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Work Well As A Part Of A Multidisciplinary Team. This Includes Collaborating With Physicians, Other Nurses, And Support Staff To Provide High-Quality Patient Care.
