- Identify and attract top talent: The Provider Recruiter will be responsible for proactively sourcing and identifying qualified physicians and advanced practice providers through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships: The Provider Recruiter will build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, professional organizations, and recruitment agencies to establish a steady pipeline of providers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers: The Provider Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to attract the best candidates for their teams.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Recruiting Healthcare Providers, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Organization.
Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry And Provider Recruitment Trends.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Providers And Internal Stakeholders.
