3. Manage and coordinate all aspects of the educational programs, including logistics, scheduling, and budgeting.
4. Identify and partner with subject matter experts to deliver high-quality educational content.
5. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to continuously improve the program.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare education to ensure the program remains relevant and effective.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance the program's reach and impact.
