- Develop and implement educational programs for healthcare professionals in collaboration with the Clinical Education team.
- Design and oversee the curriculum development process, ensuring it meets the needs of the organization and aligns with industry standards.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the educational programs, including logistics, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Identify and partner with subject matter experts to deliver high-quality educational content.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to continuously improve the program.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare education to ensure the program remains relevant and effective.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance the program's reach and impact.
- Lead and mentor a team of education professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to integrate education into overall company initiatives.
- Conduct regular training and professional development sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements related to education programs.
- Act as a liaison between the Clinical Education department and other departments within the organization, promoting collaboration and communication.
- Represent the organization at conferences, events, and other educational forums to promote the program and showcase its success.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and tools in the field of education and incorporate them into the program as appropriate.
- Continuously assess the program's impact and make recommendations for improvement to leadership.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Healthcare Field, With A Preference For A Master's Degree In Nursing Education Or Healthcare Administration.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Program Manager Or In A Leadership Role In A Clinical Education Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Experience Developing And Implementing Educational Programs For Healthcare Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders Including Physicians, Nurses, And Healthcare Executives.
Project Management Experience, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Healthcare Environment.
