  1. Monitor and ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements for the organization.
  2. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify any areas of non-compliance.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential compliance risks and provide guidance on mitigating strategies.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in healthcare laws to ensure the organization remains compliant.
  6. Communicate and educate employees on compliance policies and procedures to promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
  7. Investigate and resolve any compliance concerns or violations, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  8. Prepare reports and presentations on compliance status and present to senior leadership as necessary.
  9. Participate in external and internal audits and serve as a point of contact for compliance-related inquiries.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities and documentation.
  11. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance compliance efforts.
  12. Collaborate with legal counsel and regulatory agencies as needed to address compliance-related matters.
  13. Develop and conduct compliance training programs for employees to promote awareness and understanding of compliance requirements.
  14. Serve as a resource and subject matter expert on compliance matters for all departments within the organization.
  15. Uphold the organization's mission and values, and promote a positive image of AdventHealth through ethical and compliant behavior.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Compliance, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare System Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Healthcare Regulations, Including Hipaa, Stark Law, And Anti-Kickback Statute.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Apply Complex Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Departments And Present Findings To Leadership.
