- Coordinate and Manage Patient Care: The primary responsibility of a Primary Care Panel Coordinator is to coordinate and manage patient care within the primary care services department. This includes scheduling appointments, coordinating referrals, and ensuring proper communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Manage Patient Panels: The Primary Care Panel Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient panels, which involves organizing and maintaining patient lists, monitoring patient demographics, and identifying and addressing any gaps in care.
- Ensure High-Quality Care: It is the responsibility of the Primary Care Panel Coordinator to ensure that all patients receive the highest quality of care. This includes monitoring patient satisfaction, addressing any concerns or complaints, and making recommendations for improvement.

Certification As A Certified Medical Assistant (Cma) From An Accredited Program.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Primary Care Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Ability To Accurately Enter Data Into Electronic Medical Records.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Providers, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
