- Oversee the daily operations of multiple outpatient clinics to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality healthcare services.
- Manage and coordinate staff schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage for all clinics.
- Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to ensure optimal patient care.
- Manage budget and expenses for the outpatient clinics, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff, including physicians, nurses, and administrative personnel.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as insurance companies and community organizations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to healthcare operations.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and trends, making recommendations for improvements and innovations.
- Act as a liaison between the outpatient clinics and other departments within the organization.
- Handle patient concerns and complaints, addressing and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to staff.
- Serve as a role model for ethical and professional behavior, promoting the organization's mission and values.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Administration, Preferably In An Outpatient Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Hipaa And Cms Guidelines.
Experience In Budgeting And Financial Management, Including Knowledge Of Revenue Cycle Management And Medical Billing.
