- Provide exceptional physical therapy services to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
- Utilize evidence-based techniques and interventions to promote optimal physical functioning and development in children.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and strategies for continued progress.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and advancements in pediatric physical therapy.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards and regulations related to patient care.
- Foster a supportive and positive environment for pediatric patients and their families.
- Continuously evaluate and modify treatment plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, other therapists, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide updates on patient progress.
- Participate in continuing education opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in pediatric physical therapy.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for patients and staff.
- Serve as an advocate for pediatric patients and promote their overall well-being.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Physical Therapy From An Accredited Institution.
Current State License To Practice As A Physical Therapist In Pediatric Outpatient Settings.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working With Pediatric Patients In An Outpatient Setting.
Specialized Training In Pediatric Physical Therapy Techniques And Interventions.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Effectively With Patients, Families, And Interdisciplinary Teams.
