1. Develop and execute strategic fundraising plans to support the mission and vision of AdventHealth.
2. Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, stakeholders, and community members to support philanthropic efforts.
3. Identify and research potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations, to expand the donor base.
4. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create compelling messaging and materials for fundraising campaigns.
5. Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the success of fundraising efforts.
6. Plan and execute donor cultivation events and activities to engage and recognize donors.
7. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and human resources, to ensure alignment and coordination of philanthropic efforts.
8. Manage donor databases and ensure accurate and timely recording of donations and donor information.
9. Stay informed on current trends and best practices in philanthropy and fundraising.
10. Represent AdventHealth at community events and meetings to promote philanthropic initiatives and partnerships.
11. Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in handling donor information and contributions.
12. Collaborate with the leadership team to set fundraising goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
13. Provide regular reports and updates on fundraising progress to leadership and stakeholders.
14. Support and promote the values and mission of AdventHealth in all interactions and activities.
15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate philanthropic efforts to better serve the community.
