- Implement and maintain pharmacy automation systems to improve efficiency and accuracy in medication dispensing.
- Conduct regular assessments of current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to develop and implement strategies for optimizing automation systems.
- Train pharmacy staff on the proper use and maintenance of automation systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise with automation systems.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in pharmacy automation technology.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to pharmacy automation.
- Monitor and analyze data to track the effectiveness of automation systems.
- Participate in the procurement and installation of new automation systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all automation processes and procedures.
- Provide support to other departments and staff regarding pharmacy automation.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the overall efficiency and quality of pharmacy operations.
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care through the use of automation systems.
- Collaborate with vendors and outside organizations to stay informed about new technologies and best practices.

Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy, Healthcare Informatics, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Pharmacy Automation Systems Implementation And Maintenance.
Strong Understanding Of Pharmacy Workflow And Medication Dispensing Processes.
Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software Used In Pharmacy Automation, Such As Pyxis, Omnicell, Or Cerner.
