  1. Provide exceptional pharmaceutical care to patients by ensuring accurate and timely dispensing of medications.
  2. Conduct medication reviews and consultations with patients to ensure safe and effective use of medications.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement medication therapy plans.
  4. Oversee and manage inventory of medications, ensuring proper storage and handling to maintain medication efficacy.
  5. Stay up-to-date on current pharmaceutical trends, new medications, and industry developments to provide the best care to patients.
  6. Demonstrate a strong understanding of pharmacy laws, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance with all applicable standards.
  7. Utilize electronic health records and other healthcare technology to document patient care and communicate with other healthcare professionals.
  8. Train and supervise pharmacy technicians and other support staff to ensure efficient and accurate medication dispensing.
  9. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist in developing and implementing best practices to enhance patient care.
  10. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, promoting a positive and welcoming environment for patients and colleagues.
  11. Adhere to the organization's code of conduct and ethical standards, demonstrating integrity in all interactions and decision-making.
  12. Embrace the organization's faith-based culture and incorporate compassion and empathy into all aspects of patient care.
  13. Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  14. Maintain accurate and organized records of patient interactions, medication dispensing, and other relevant data.
  15. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to promote interdisciplinary care and improve patient outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited Institution

  • Active And Unrestricted Pharmacist License In The State Of Florida

  • Board Certification In A Specialized Area Such As Ambulatory Care, Critical Care, Or Oncology

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Clinical Pharmacist In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting

  • Strong Communication, Leadership, And Clinical Skills With A Commitment To Evidence-Based Practice And Continuous Learning.
