1. Greet and welcome patients and their families to the outpatient department with warmth and compassion.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for patients, their families, and healthcare providers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
3. Schedule patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources while accommodating patient needs.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, insurance information, and treatment plans.
