Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Or Insurance Industry, With A Focus On Patient Benefits And Financial Counseling.
Strong Understanding Of Medical Billing And Insurance Claims Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Communicate Complex Information To Patients And Families In A Clear And Compassionate Manner.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Healthcare Billing And Insurance, As Well As Experience Navigating Insurance Plans And Negotiating Payment Options For Patients.
