1. Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude, in alignment with AdventHealth's mission.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients seeking to schedule appointments or procedures.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to patients' needs and concerns, and addressing them in a timely and professional manner.
4. Utilize scheduling software to efficiently and accurately schedule appointments and procedures for patients.
5. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate schedules and ensure efficient use of resources.
6. Educate patients on any necessary preparation or instructions for their scheduled appointment or procedure.
7. Maintain a thorough understanding of AdventHealth's services, insurance plans, and referral processes to effectively assist patients.
8. Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality policies and procedures when handling patient information.
9. Continuously strive to improve the scheduling process and identify opportunities for efficiency and customer service improvement.
10. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all scheduled appointments and procedures.
11. Attend training and development programs to stay updated on industry and company changes.
12. Participate in team meetings and actively contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
13. Demonstrate a commitment to delivering compassionate, whole-person care to patients and their families.
