  1. Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist patients with scheduling appointments and procedures.
  3. Communicate effectively with patients to gather necessary information and answer any questions.
  4. Verify patient insurance and demographics.
  5. Accurately enter patient information into electronic medical records system.
  6. Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth scheduling process and patient flow.
  8. Proactively identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues.
  9. Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing any concerns or complaints.
  10. Stay up-to-date on all organizational policies and procedures related to patient scheduling.
  11. Continuously strive to improve efficiency and effectiveness of scheduling processes.
  12. Adhere to productivity and quality standards set by the organization.
  13. Attend trainings and meetings to stay current on healthcare industry trends and updates.
  14. Act as a positive representative of AdventHealth, promoting the organization's mission and values.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
