- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations and guidelines.

- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating referrals as needed.

- Handle financial transactions, including collecting copays and verifying insurance coverage.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Patient Access Representative Should Have At Least A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education To Be Able To Effectively Perform Administrative And Customer Service Duties.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology: A Solid Understanding Of Medical Terminology Is Necessary To Accurately Communicate With Patients And Healthcare Professionals.
