- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks and operations for the Home Care division of AdventHealth.
- Ensure efficient and effective flow of communication between all staff members and departments.
- Implement and maintain organizational systems and procedures to improve office efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the Home Care division.
- Manage budgets and monitor expenses to ensure financial stability of the division.
- Train and supervise administrative staff, including hiring and performance evaluations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Collaborate with other departments within AdventHealth to ensure seamless coordination of services.
- Act as a liaison between the Home Care division and external stakeholders, such as insurance companies and vendors.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient and company information.
- Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by upper management.
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Office Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With A Diverse Team Of Healthcare Professionals And Clients.
