- Oversee the daily operations of the Home Care office, including managing administrative staff and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and maintain high standards of patient care.
- Act as a liaison between the Home Care division and other departments within AdventHealth, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage scheduling and staffing for the Home Care team, ensuring adequate coverage and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, including patient information, billing, and payroll.
- Train and onboard new administrative staff, providing necessary resources and support to ensure their success.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation of the office.
- Handle patient inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues as needed.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely billing and reimbursement for services.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and changes, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment for the Home Care team, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Participate in performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to administrative staff.
- Collaborate with the human resources department to handle employee relations and manage any personnel issues that may arise.
- Serve as a leader and role model, promoting AdventHealth's mission and values in all aspects of the job.
- Continuously evaluate and improve office processes and procedures to increase efficiency and improve patient care.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Office Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry
Strong Leadership And Organizational Skills
Knowledge Of Home Care Regulations And Compliance Requirements
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs.
