8. Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families, and maintain a compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
9. Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
10. Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment, and adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
11. Continuously monitor and report any changes or concerns in patient status to the appropriate healthcare providers.
12. Act as an advocate for patients, promoting their rights and providing resources and referrals as needed.
13. Maintain confidentiality and respect for patients' privacy at all times.
14. Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education to enhance knowledge and skills in the field of occupational therapy.
15. Represent the facility and the occupational therapy profession in a positive and professional manner.
