- Monitor and analyze cardiac rhythms for patients in the hospital.
- Detect and report any abnormalities in cardiac rhythms to the nursing staff.
- Ensure the safety of patients by promptly reporting any concerning changes in cardiac rhythms.
- Work closely with the nursing staff to provide quick and effective intervention for patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of cardiac rhythms and interventions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for patients.
- Operate and troubleshoot monitoring equipment to ensure accurate readings.
- Stay up-to-date on current cardiac monitoring protocols and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control measures.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the nursing staff or supervisor.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Completion Of A Certified Cardiac Monitoring Program Or Equivalent Experience In Cardiac Monitoring.
Knowledge Of Basic Ekg Interpretation And Arrhythmia Recognition.
Familiarity With Various Cardiac Monitoring Systems And Equipment.
Ability To Work Independently And Make Quick, Accurate Decisions In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills To Effectively Communicate With Healthcare Team Members And Provide Quality Patient Care.
