1. Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
2. Assist patients with check-in process, including verifying personal and insurance information.
3. Take and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
4. Prepare and maintain exam rooms for patient visits.
5. Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
6. Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers.
7. Perform basic medical procedures such as EKGs, phlebotomy, and wound care.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
9. Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up care for patients.
10. Communicate with patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medication instructions, and other healthcare information.
11. Ensure a clean and organized work environment at all times.
12. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
13. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
14. Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain and improve skills.
15. Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns in a timely and professional manner.
