1. Provide compassionate, top-notch care to patients in an outpatient setting.
2. Assist healthcare providers in performing medical procedures and examinations.
3. Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and other important patient information.
4. Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.
5. Prepare exam rooms and maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic.
6. Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals.
7. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information in medical records.
8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
9. Follow all safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment.
10. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated on medical advancements and best practices.
11. Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns or questions.
12. Adhere to all policies and procedures of AdventHealth and maintain patient confidentiality.
13. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance patient care.
14. Support the mission and values of AdventHealth by extending the healing ministry of Christ to all patients.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by the healthcare team.
