
Materials Management Associate - Full Time, Day Shift

- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment.
- Monitor and track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and fulfill supply needs.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues.
- Implement and maintain efficient and effective supply chain processes.
- Utilize computer software and systems to manage inventory and track orders.
- Communicate with vendors and negotiate pricing and terms for supplies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures related to materials management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Participate in cost-saving initiatives by identifying opportunities to reduce supply costs.
- Train and educate staff on proper inventory management and supply ordering processes.
- Assist with the procurement of high-quality, cost-effective supplies.
- Conduct regular inventory analyses to identify trends and forecast future supply needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized supply room.
- Collaborate with finance department to manage budget and expenses related to materials management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve materials management processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Comply with all safety and health regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in materials management.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Materials Management Supervisor.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Materials Management Or Inventory Control.
Strong Understanding Of Inventory Management Principles And Processes.
Proficient In Using Inventory Management Software And Microsoft Office Programs.
Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
