- Manage and maintain inventory levels of supplies and materials throughout the healthcare facility.
- Accurately track and record all incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to established procedures.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to identify and fulfill supply needs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor supply usage and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify potential discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Utilize computer systems and software to track inventory levels, update records, and generate reports.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Assist with the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and education opportunities to stay current on industry best practices and advancements.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Inventory Management Systems And Supply Chain Processes.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Materials Management Or Supply Chain Management In A Healthcare Setting.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment And Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
