  1. Manage Inventory: The Materials Management Associate will be responsible for managing and maintaining inventory levels of supplies, equipment, and other materials necessary for the smooth functioning of the healthcare facility.
  2. Coordinate Deliveries: This role will involve coordinating and receiving deliveries of materials from vendors and ensuring they are properly stored and distributed to the appropriate departments.
  3. Order Processing: The Materials Management Associate will be responsible for processing and placing orders for materials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  4. Monitor and Control Costs: This position will involve monitoring and controlling costs associated with materials management, including identifying cost-saving opportunities and negotiating with vendors.
  5. Maintain Records: It will be the responsibility of the Materials Management Associate to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, orders, and deliveries.
  6. Collaborate with Departments: This role will require collaborating with various departments within the healthcare facility to understand their material needs and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
  7. Compliance: The Materials Management Associate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to materials management.
  8. Training and Development: This position may involve training and developing other team members on proper materials management procedures and protocols.
  9. Troubleshooting: In the event of any issues or delays with materials delivery, the Materials Management Associate will be responsible for troubleshooting and finding solutions to ensure minimal impact on operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Vendors And Suppliers.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Experience Working In A Healthcare Or Hospital Setting, Preferably In Materials Management Or Supply Chain.

  • Knowledge Of Inventory Management Principles And Practices, Including Supply Chain Best Practices And Regulatory Compliance.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Data, Identify Trends, And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Improve Processes And Reduce Costs.
