  1. Provide exceptional patient care: The primary responsibility of this role is to provide high-quality care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  2. Work alongside a supportive team: The LVN will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff, to deliver comprehensive care to patients.

  10. Maintain patient records: The LVN will maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
  11. Adhere to safety standards: The LVN will follow all safety standards, protocols, and procedures to ensure the well-being of patients and themselves.
  12. Participate in continuing education: The LVN will participate in ongoing training and education to stay current on industry trends and best practices in patient care.
