- Provide high-quality care: The LVN will be responsible for providing excellent care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Administer medications and treatments: The LVN will be responsible for administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, ensuring proper dosage and timing.
- Monitor patient progress: The LVN will be responsible for regularly monitoring and documenting patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the physician or other members of the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with healthcare team: The LVN will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Educate patients and families: The LVN will educate patients and their families on proper care techniques, medications, and treatments, as well as provide emotional support and resources.
- Maintain accurate records: The LVN will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication administration records, progress notes, and other relevant documentation.
- Adhere to policies and procedures: The LVN will adhere to all policies and procedures of the healthcare organization, as well as state and federal regulations, to ensure the highest level of care and safety for patients.
- Ensure patient safety: The LVN will prioritize patient safety at all times, following infection control protocols and identifying and reporting any potential safety risks.

Completion Of An Accredited Vocational Nursing Program: Candidates For A Lvn (Home Health) Job At Adventhealth Must Have Completed An Accredited Vocational Nursing Program And Hold A Valid Lvn License In Their State.
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In Home Health Or A Related Field: Adventhealth Is Looking For Candidates Who Have At Least 1 Year Of Experience Working In A Home Health Setting Or A Related Field, Such As Long-Term Care Or Hospice.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Lvn (Home Health) At Adventhealth, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential.
Knowledge Of Home Health Regulations And Documentation: Candidates Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Home Health Regulations And Documentation Requirements, Including Medicare Guidelines And Oasis Assessments.
