- Lead a team of nutrition assistants to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.
- Mentor and train nutrition assistants to provide exceptional service and support to patients.
- Oversee the daily functions of the nutrition department, including scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Develop and implement nutrition programs and initiatives to promote overall wellness for patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized nutrition plans for patients.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition services and make necessary adjustments to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient nutrition services.
- Stay current on the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition to inform and improve patient care.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Uphold and promote the values and mission of AdventHealth in all interactions with patients, team members, and the community.
Bachelor's Degree In Nutrition, Dietetics, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Or Hospital Setting
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (Rdn) Certification Through The Commission On Dietetic Registration (Cdr)
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Educate And Counsel Patients And Staff On Nutrition And Dietary Needs
