- Conduct laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Follow established protocols and standard operating procedures for sample collection, processing, and analysis.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment to ensure accuracy and prevent cross-contamination.
- Prepare and label specimens for testing and storage.
- Keep accurate records of all laboratory activities and results.
- Utilize laboratory information systems to manage and track samples and results.
- Troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies in test results and bring them to the attention of the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure the safety of staff and patients.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Assist in ordering and stocking laboratory supplies and reagents.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure timely and accurate reporting of results.
- Participate in continuing education and training to stay updated on new laboratory techniques and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families by addressing any concerns or questions regarding laboratory procedures.

- Collaborate with other laboratory staff and healthcare professionals to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the laboratory.
Bachelor's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science Or A Related Field.
Certification As A Medical Laboratory Technician (Mlt) Or Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) Through A Nationally Recognized Accrediting Agency.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting.
Knowledge Of Laboratory Safety And Infection Control Procedures.
Proficiency In Using Laboratory Equipment And Technology, Including Computer Systems And Data Entry.
