  1. Provide exceptional patient care by utilizing advanced medical knowledge and skills in the field of Interventional Radiology.

Job Qualifications
  • Relevant Education And Certification: A Qualified Candidate For An Interventional Radiology Pa Job At Adventhealth Should Possess A Master's Degree In Physician Assistant Studies From An Accredited Institution, As Well As Be Certified By The National Commission On Certification Of Physician Assistants (Nccpa).

  • Experience In Interventional Radiology: Applicants Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Interventional Radiology Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare System. This Experience Should Include Performing Procedures Such As Angiograms, Biopsies, And Catheter Placements.

  • Strong Clinical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Clinical Skills, Including The Ability To Perform Physical Exams, Order And Interpret Diagnostic Tests, And Develop Treatment Plans. They Should Also Have Experience In Managing Complex Patients And Handling Emergencies In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Advanced Knowledge Of Radiology Equipment And Technology: As An Interventional Radiology Pa, Candidates Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Latest Radiology Equipment And Technology Used In Diagnostic And Therapeutic Procedures. This Includes Knowledge Of Imaging Modalities Such As Ct, Mri, And Ultrasound, As Well As Proficiency In Using Equipment Such As Fluoroscopy Machines And Angiography Devices.

  • Teamwork And Communication Skills: Working In An Interventional Radiology Setting Requires Collaboration With A Multidisciplinary Team, Including Radiologists, Nurses, And Other Healthcare Providers. A Successful Candidate Should Possess Excellent Teamwork And Communication Skills To Ensure Effective Patient Care And Treatment Coordination.
