1. Serve as a key point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and issues for employees and managers.
2. Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
3. Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and training to ensure a smooth and positive integration into the organization.
4. Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and support the recruitment and selection process.
5. Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
6. Facilitate performance management processes and provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees.
7. Handle employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data.

11. Stay current on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.
