1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in their homes, while adhering to AdventHealth's standards and protocols.
2. Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
3. Monitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
4. Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
5. Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress.
6. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, building trust and rapport.
7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans for patients.
8. Ensure patients' comfort and well-being at all times.
9. Provide emotional and social support to patients and their families.
10. Follow infection control and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients.
11. Continuously educate and train yourself on new techniques and procedures in home healthcare.
12. Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality policies.
13. Attend team meetings and participate in discussions to improve patient care.
14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards patients, their families, and fellow team members.
15. Adhere to all state and federal regulations related to home healthcare.
16. Assist with household tasks and errands as needed.
17. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising healthcare professional.
