1. Prepare and serve meals to patients and guests, following dietary guidelines and restrictions.
2. Ensure food is presented in an appetizing and visually appealing manner.
3. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following food safety and sanitation standards.
4. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with supervisor to restock supplies as needed.
5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient meal service.
6. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and guests, addressing any questions or concerns.
7. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance.
8. Follow proper procedures for handling and storing food, including labeling, dating, and rotating products.

10. Attend and participate in training and development programs to maintain knowledge of food safety and nutrition.
11. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
12. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
