1. Prepare and serve meals to patients and guests in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
3. Communicate effectively with patients and guests to ensure their meal preferences and dietary restrictions are met.
4. Collaborate with the kitchen and dietary staff to ensure an organized and efficient flow of food service.
5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food and supplies, and report any shortages to management.
6. Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas, ensuring they are clean and welcoming for patients and guests.
7. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
8. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from patients and guests.
9. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by working well with coworkers and actively participating in team meetings.
