  1. Manage and maintain the Epic Willow system to ensure its success and efficiency in providing patient care.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements and improvements.
  3. Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials for end-users.
  4. Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues or errors.
  6. Monitor system performance and make recommendations for optimization.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert for the Epic Willow system and provide ongoing support and training to end-users.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and updates related to Epic Willow.
  9. Attend meetings and collaborate with other analysts to discuss system updates, enhancements, and issues.
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide timely updates on system changes or issues.
  11. Participate in system testing and validation to ensure system accuracy and functionality.
  12. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures.
  13. Train new team members on the Epic Willow system and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  14. Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with teams to implement changes.
  15. Stay updated on new features and functionality of the Epic Willow system and make recommendations for implementation.
  16. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  17. Adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
  18. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Job Qualifications
