- Conduct Echocardiogram procedures on patients using specialized equipment and techniques.
- Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Operate and maintain equipment, ensuring accuracy and proper functioning.
- Review and interpret images to identify potential abnormalities and assist in diagnosis.
- Communicate with patients to explain procedures and answer any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans based on test results.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures performed.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
- Stay current on advancements and changes in the field of echocardiography, implementing best practices and techniques.

Minimum Of An Associate's Degree In Cardiovascular Technology Or A Related Field
Certification As A Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (Rdcs) Or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (Rcs)
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Performing Echocardiograms In A Clinical Setting
Knowledge Of Cardiac Anatomy, Physiology, And Pathology
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients And Healthcare Team Members
