- Monitor patients closely and continuously to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Remain alert and vigilant at all times, and immediately report any changes in patient behavior or condition to the appropriate healthcare professional.

- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-stress situations, and effectively de-escalate any potential conflicts or crises.
- Work closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.

- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control and confidentiality protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, providing updates and information as needed.
- Attend ongoing training and education to maintain knowledge of best practices and procedures for patient observation.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.
