Job Description

  1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
  2. Monitor and track changes in healthcare laws and regulations, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  3. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify potential compliance issues and areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with department leaders to ensure compliance in all operational processes and procedures.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities and documentation.
  6. Coordinate and facilitate compliance training for employees at all levels.
  7. Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory agencies and respond to inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  8. Monitor and assess data management systems and processes to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  9. Develop and implement data management protocols and procedures to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
  10. Collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve any data management issues or concerns.
  11. Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in compliance and data management.
  12. Communicate regularly with management and other stakeholders regarding compliance and data management activities and initiatives.
  13. Stay informed of industry best practices and trends related to compliance and data management.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all compliance and data management matters.
  15. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to compliance and data management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Compliance And Data Management.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Healthcare Laws And Regulations, Such As Hipaa And Medicare/Medicaid.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Compliance Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders.
