1. Oversee and manage all aspects of point of care testing (POCT) within the organization.
2. Develop and implement standard operating procedures for POCT to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
3. Train and educate healthcare staff on proper POCT techniques and protocols.
4. Monitor POCT quality control measures and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
5. Collaborate with laboratory staff to maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
