  1. Provide compassionate care to patients in the Physical Rehab department.
  2. Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and eating.
  3. Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff.
  4. Follow proper infection control and safety protocols while providing care to patients.
  5. Collaborate with the nursing team to create and implement care plans for patients.
  6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  8. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dedication to delivering quality patient care.
  9. Adhere to the regulations and guidelines set forth by the healthcare facility.
  10. Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and trainings.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Cna Certification: To Qualify For This Position, Candidates Must Have A Current And Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification From An Accredited Program.

  • Previous Experience In Physical Rehabilitation: Candidates Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Physical Rehabilitation Setting, With Knowledge Of Various Techniques And Equipment Used In This Type Of Care.

  • Full-Time Availability: This Position Requires The Candidate To Work Full-Time, Which Typically Includes 36-40 Hours Per Week. Candidates Should Be Able To Commit To This Schedule And Have A Flexible Availability To Work Night Shifts.

  • Ability To Work 12-Hour Night Shifts: The Night Shift For This Position Is 12 Hours Long, Typically From 7Pm-7Am. Candidates Should Have The Physical Stamina And Endurance To Work These Long Shifts, As Well As The Ability To Adjust To Working During The Night.

  • Knowledge Of Patient Care: In Addition To Technical Skills, Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Patient Care And Be Able To Provide Compassionate And Attentive Care To Patients In A Physical Rehabilitation Setting. This Includes Assisting With Daily Living Activities, Monitoring Patient Progress, And Communicating With The Healthcare Team.
