- Provide compassionate and quality care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Ged Is Required For The Position Of Certified Nursing Assistant At Adventhealth.
Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) License: Candidates Must Possess A Current And Valid Cna License In The State Where Adventhealth Is Located.
Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification: Adventhealth Requires All Cnas To Hold A Current Bls Certification From The American Heart Association.
Previous Cna Experience: While Not Mandatory, Prior Experience Working As A Cna In A Healthcare Setting Is Preferred For This Position At Adventhealth.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Cnas Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Work Effectively As Part Of A Team To Provide Quality Care To Patients.
